“I had the privilege of working with Leslie from July of 2011 - August 2017 while she served as a User Experience Lead in the Interactive Department at First Person.

During her time with First Person, Leslie embraced her role and continuously improved her performance, actively soliciting feedback from the team. Additionally, she would study on nights and weekends adding to her understanding of User Experience and in February she completed a ten week User Experience course at General Assembly. Over the course of her six years with us, Leslie moved from Designer, to Art Director, to User Experience Lead.

Leslie has a wonderful combination of design and organization. She approaches each design challenge with a very clear idea of how to architect and organize information and then finds the simplest way to visually display it. This was a natural fit for User Experience. She helped design the User Experience for a host of different platforms: a wayfinding kiosk for Simon Mall, a web application for Apptourage, and many websites and microsites.

Leslie also grew into a leadership role at First Person, managing a team of three people. She tasked the team with all of their day to day assignments and ensured on time delivery. She also was instrumental in creating SOWs and project requirements. Leslie is an exceptionally hard worker and a real asset, able to wear a number of hats. I give her my highest recommendation. ”
